🤖 How It Works

Claude Code Agent Teams running in tmux panes

The 75 Hard project uses a 9-role Claude Code Agent Teams setup. Each role runs as a separate Claude Code agent in a tmux pane. Chatty (the lead/orchestrator agent) coordinates the team, assigns tasks, and collects outputs. Taps is the human owner/stakeholder who provides direction and final approval.

All agent roles use Claude Sonnet. The lead agent spawns teammate agents, distributes work from the sprint backlog, and synthesizes results into deliverables.
